The construction and installation steps of FRP septic tank mainly include:
1. Base trench excavation: according to the design of the general plan to determine the positioning, excavation of the base trench, pay attention to the excavated soil should not be placed on both sides of the base trench stacking, to avoid the base trench collapse.
2. Foundation treatment: after excavating the foundation trench to the design elevation, remove the gravel and other hard objects at the bottom of the trench, and tamp the ground at the bottom of the foundation trench.
3. Equipment installation: the lifting installation should be mechanical lifting, lifting using soft sling, to prevent falling caused by tank damage. Installation of septic tank inlet and outlet pipes should be set up check wells, installation elevation should be in line with the design requirements.
4. Take over the water injection: after the equipment is installed in place, connect the pipes according to the drawings to ensure that the seal is tight, the first injection of water in the tank is not less than one-third of the volume, not more than two-thirds.
5. Tank backfill: septic tank in the preliminary work is completed in a timely manner after backfill, backfill should be cleaned up groove debris, to prevent the tank side was hit by the extrusion. The backfilling process needs to be synchronized on all four sides, and it is strictly prohibited to backfill on one side.
6. Laying connection well: install the whole FRP septic tank observation well according to the size of FRP inspection port, and two or more cleaning and sewage inspection wells can be raised to the ground with FRP shaft.

Maintenance：

In terms of maintenance, the main thing is to clean the sediments and sludge in the septic tank on a regular basis to keep it in good operating condition. It is generally recommended to clean it at least once a year, and the specific frequency can be adjusted according to the actual use. At the same time, the inlet and outlet pipes should be checked regularly to see if they are smooth and have no leakage to ensure the normal operation of the septic tank.
