Common grease trap principle:
The most common fiberglass reinforced plastic grease trap in life is a two-compartment grease trap, as shown below.

Grease trap sewage retention time is generally 1.5~2 hours.       
Grease trap is the use of density difference between oil and water, separation and removal of sewage particles of large suspended oil in a treatment structure. The grease trap can only separate the suspended oil particles, for emulsified oil also need to use chemical reagents to be able to remove.
